How Can Meditation Work For You?

Hello! I'm Stacia, a certified Intuitive Meditation Teacher. Ok awesome, but what does that mean? I am a trained guide that can intuitively lead you through mindfulness and meditation techniques that uniquely serve your present moment needs.

By skillfully reading energy, with my gifts as a clairvoyant reader and healer, I can sense what individuals in my classes and private sessions need in order to facilitate release and deep healing, and then lead them through gentle prompts to say hello to, honor, and process what is coming up from their own knowingness.

I can help you to look at situations with your children, work, relationships, and other life stories from a different, more neutral, perspective.

My wish is to inspire and empower you with new methods to create change in your life. Meditation can be done in many different ways, and I can help you to step into the flow of a practice that works for you.

Meditation has opened me up to an awareness and deep trust of my intuition, given me a way to find calm within the chaos, and has shown me everyday miracles.

Hello! I am Stacia, a student of life. I have been on quite the journey to bring me into the now, and I would love to share my stories with you! I am a mother, a partner, a meditation teacher, and an intuitive reader and healer. My true passion is the healing of self through connection to spirit. Giving birth to my son and daughter sparked a passion to work with mothers for healthier pregnancies and motherhood roles via meditation, and helping parents to enhance relationship with spirit in parenting.
