CHILDREN’S MEDITATION CLASSES
MEDITATION FOR KIDS AGES 5-7 YEARS OLD | TBA | $20 (discount for siblings)
These classes focus on giving children the tools to learn to stay connected to their inner knowing, understand their personal space and help them connect to what is true and important for them – and let go of what isn’t! Presented in an age appropriate manner, we will use familiar everyday imagery in fun visualization and short meditation exercises, play games, sing songs and create art!

Presented in an age appropriate manner, we will use familiar everyday imagery in fun visualization and short meditation exercises, play games, do science experiments and create art that demonstrate the techniques!
MEDITATION FOR KIDS AGES 13+ YEARS OLD | Next Date TBA | $20 (discount for siblings)
A class for older kids to learn about their energetic boundaries, how to read energy for the benefit of gaining more self-awareness, and become empowered to navigate the world around them utilizing their own personal knowingness. We will also explore concepts such as auras, past lives, and spirit guides.
